The Budget Twin Room was cozy but pretty basic. The beds were comfy enough for a good night's sleep. The bathroom felt a bit cramped, especially with no counter space for toiletries-definitely need to be careful! The balcony view was a nice touch, though. Everything felt clean, but it could've used a few more amenities like a kettle. It did the job for our stay by the beach!

Appreciated wonderful and delicious breakfasts, and immaculately clean hotel.
Tbh, had a very good stay for a romantic vacation. Excellent location on the sea front, affable staff, everything was lovely. Great-sized and updated room with a view was enjoyable. Location: the hotel was next to the beach side, the promenade, and lovely restaurants and bars. We were 400 metres away from The Souvlaki Stop, that offered quick meals.

staffs are helpful and friendly / neat and tidy / at front of the beach / good location for families / many restaurants / library are comfy enough to chill with wifi connection / great 70's designed architecture, same as their sister hotels but at affordable price
shower area are too small, shower curtain wrapped around u while showering / most of the sunbeds are worn out / has a gym but none of the equipments are working properly except dumb bells, looks like been used more than 20 yrs

July 2019-The people who attend the hotel are very attentive and very friendly, helpful. I would like to highlight the people who are at breakfast, pool area and restaurant are the best I have come across on this trip through several countries. breakfast is super complete, excellent! the continental and American. The location of the hotel according to my opinion is the most appropriate to stay in the area of Kamari (Oia is very overrated. if you have a car you can park easily and is full of places for lunch, dinner, drinks, snacks, all in front of the sea... We were visiting the Kamari area and rest of the island the days we stayed. It is the hotel with the best swimming pool in the area of first line to the sea. pool is in front of the sea, view that has and distribution of outdoor spaces is unbeatable, It has in front of the sea the open air restaurant. we have dinner there every night, We had paid for a room with an ocean view. Elias gave us one with the best location, Unbelievable! room is comfortable. clean, double bed and airy,
July 2019- I had requested a double bed in the reservation and until we arrived at the hotel we didn't know if we would have it or not. The bathroom is a little small. The shower has a small receptacle. If the person is big it is a little uncomfortable to take a bath. I would change the shower curtain for a screen, since the curtain sticks and it is very uncomfortable to bathe and it ends up all wet. In the middle of summer it is very early in the morning. Although the windows have shutters, let some light through. Maybe think about putting up blackout curtains.

The beach beds were super comfy and right next to the black sand beach. We loved that we could easily get a drink while lounging. The location was perfect, just a short walk to thira town and all the main attractions. The food served here was delicious, always presented by polite staff. We also enjoyed the variety of sports and leisure options available.

This hotel is an outstanding exception to the generally warm Greek hospitality - the good location does not compensate for the greedy/abusive staff culture (unless one is into S&M....)
everything is extra, staff helpfulness is prohibited as a policy (not to mention friendliness...) as a result a sour-gloomy atmosphere posses the property,,

Close to the beach and cafes, excellent service and staff
We paid for an upgrade, seaside room, however the room was located next to the stairwell. Every step anyone made could be heard all night.

Accessing the parking area posed a bit of a challenge, which could use some improvement-nothing too dire, but a simpler layout would be appreciated. The bathrooms are notably cramped. Some rooms lack the promised sea view, with trees obscuring the line of sight, leaving a feeling of letdown for those expecting a scenic experience.
